"Went online today to request an auto insurance quote for all of our family vehicles. The web form will not "send" when one hits the SUBMIT button? Tried to call our local KFB office to leave a request message. No answer and no answering machine. Tried to send an email to customer service to request a quote. Again, the form would not "send" when the submit button was pressed. I would hate to be a customer and try to get in contact with this company about a claim or service. I just skipped the KFB website/company and went to another insurance company for a quote. Not sure why KFB has inoperable web sites but it is costing them business/money and leaving a non professional image to potential new customers. heads-up."
