"Avoid at all costs. Shop anywhere else you can. These guys are a joke. My flight was leaving at 10:30pm. They wouldn't sell alcohol to me as they were only actually open until 9pm so apparently couldn't deliver it to the gate. They also have a sign saying "best price guarantee" - I asked about this, if they price match etc, the manager told me "oh no, that's just a sign they put up, we don't adjust prices"... Really, really pathetic excuse for a duty free shop at one of the US's busiest airports."

"I was in transit ( with short time )to take my next international flight , but I need it to get a dutyfree present and I was waiting to pay but the cashier was busy and I asked very politely to “Hector“ who just said: she is the cashier and I said sorry I just in hurry and he answered: “then should come early “ so if he doesn’t like dealing with people he must check on his education at least .is not very kind specially if you are buying ! Or even if you are not a good and gentle treatment is what everyone deserves."

"If you can’t stuff it in your carry on bag, you couldn’t buy it here. They had no time to bring your purchases to the gate, as they are probably required to do. I was asked to “hide” it in my luggage and promise not to take it out. Be sure to look at the price tag on the shelf and be sure it says the product you are buying. Many of the bottles were above the wrong tag. Cigarette prices were $5 higher than the price posted on the shelf. They didn’t get any new price tags yet. No you won’t get it for the posted price. Well? I guess you could miss your flight arguing about it. If they weren’t for a friend, I wouldn’t have bothered shopping here."
