"If I could give negative stars I would. If you’re in the area just go literally anywhere else but this Kroger. The security lady stopped me to check my receipt because I “had too many items but bagged.” Proceeded to check my receipt and she can’t even read the receipt and asked ME to find it like I work there? Literally harassed when she had zero legal right to do that. She’s a joke and needs to be fired. Update: I addressed this with Corporate so if you’re the security guard or manager at this establishment and feel some type of way rest assured I’ll be more than happy to discuss with you the discrimination you display to Hispanics."

"The Kroger at 752 Wynnewood Village definitely deserves negative stars. So, here it goes. A good friend, during his store visit, went into the men's restroom only to find there was no running water. He voiced this discovery and his concern to the MOD, Allen, who responded that it was that big of a deal. Well, I beg to differ. This says to me that men are deprived of washing their hands after using the restroom AND the male employees at this location return to work after using the restroom without washing their hands. Corporate will be made aware of this as well as the nonchalant attitude of this manager, Allen. Nice going Kroger - this is unsanitary - just down right NASTY!!!!"

"I would have went with zero, or negative . The security guard harassed me because of being Spanish and my husband is white and she is black. I was using the self checkout with my husband & had a problem so waited for attendant to help and the security guard made me open my purse after accusing me of trying to leave! I was at the register. Then she stayed right there trying to tell me how to scan my stuff and was Rude about it. I was waiting for Kroger customer service rep and told her I didn't want her help I wanted the right staff not security telling me how to do it. If she wouldn't have been rude to me and had me open my purse I would have been ok but I am a Christian and I don't steal. Because I am a hippie and Spanish and my husband is white and we get harassed for our long hair!! If your not black or want to be treated with respect then don't go here!!"

"The door gets locked at least 15 minutes before their listed close time. The staff escorts guests out to make sure the line of people can't enter the store. The manager wasn't present, and the staff told the group waiting outside that they didn't want to "deal with all that." There isn't any transparency with the actual closing time. If you're in a pinch and it's late, dont waste your time driving across town if you're going to be within the last 30 minutes before they close. Very disappointing."
