"I got a Tres Leches cake and it came out frozen. Went to return it and the manager was being lazy. He was acting like it was an Ice cream cake. It was my son's birthday and ended with cupcakes instead. Not very happy about that."
"In all my years I have never experienced such poor customer service. This was done by an employee named LuLu who is a supervisor. During self checkout after scanning all my items and right before checking out, she came and questioned me if I scanned everything. When I reassured her I did. she than proceed to get into my personal space and cancel my payment to count the items on screen with my cart. After seeing i did scan everything, she just walked away without an apology or anything. It was completely rude and made me feel like less than in front of the other people checking out who were not questioned on their items."
"This is one of the nicer old Albertson's stores that has been concerted. One of the first things you will note is the amount of space dedicated to ready to prepare meals. This space is larger than most of the Tom Thumbs. The selection is large and from prior experience the food is quite good. Both the deli and bakery were well stocked and the staff wes exceptional."
"Sherry in the front helping in Self checkout WOW SHE IS AMAZING!!! She really cares to help even when u don't ask she is checking how she can help u and gives u the best advice she is also nice with kids and smiles to customers. Also the Meat Manager and the store looks fine. GM department it's good with plenty products in stock and detail. Happy to come here today!"
"This is the best grocery star in far-north Dallas. Well stocked, they always have registers available. The checkout folks are very friendly and helpful. We just used their free pickup service today and I'm very impressed. The nice lady who brought my cart out was very nice and friendly. I wish I had the names of these employees because service is what makes a repeat customer, and we are in the store a couple of times per week. I was going to the K brand which is closer our house but got really tired of the long lines and the relatively poor service. This Tom Thumb store is very well managed, and the employees seem to like their jobs. Thanks!"
