"This is specifically about "C" Terminal at DFW. DFW is my normal travel hub for international travel. I do this every 2-3 weeks. DF in "C" is almost always closed or understaffed when I go there. Two weeks ago, the doors were closed at 10:30 AM, a young lady came and opened the store after she made a "delivery". I picked up a bottle of alcohol to take on my trip. She told me she was the only one in the store and couldn't deliver alcohol to the gate and she couldn't give it to me either. There were several others behind me who also wanted to buy alcohol for trips. The came from "D" and had been told DF in "D" couldn't deliver to "C". These guys need to get their act together and have proper staff-even for the tiny store in "C"."

"They will not deliver to any gate other then the ones beside them. I was ready to spend several hundred dollars on saturday and had 80 minutes to the flight which was in E terminal, they are in D terminal. I have never had an experience this frustrating and useless with a retail outlet whose business is to sell and deliver Duty Free to the gate. It's too bad as DFW is an important airport and this is one of the few let downs in it."

"Completely ridiculous business practices at the DFW A23 store. I have attempted to shop here many times due to my frequent international departures and have yet been able to purchase anything because they don’t have enough staff to deliver the Duty Free merchandise to the gate, even if it’s just a short 2 minute walk. Why are you even open if you can’t sell anything?? Lol Just close your doors for business if you can’t deliver your product or hire more people!! I would give this place ZERO stars if possible!"

"Great Service! Had the pleasure to be served by Dipesh. I missed the delivery time to my gate, Dipesh had a staff personally escort my liquor with me, although they where short on staff. I personally never write reviews. However, I am extremely pleased with my experience."
