"It’s our son’s first day care. Nina , Justina and their staff are very approachable, respectful, and helpful. Our son has diet restrictions and they accommodate him very well. Their communication is on point as well. Our son has enjoyed his time at Prestige."

"It is my child's first time going to daycare, at first I was uncertain if I had made the right decision but Nina has made me feel certain and I know my baby in great hands. Staff is good with informing me of everything going on. I get pictures of my baby almost every day. Thus far I am extremely satisfied with the child care service."

"My son was enrolled in the baby room at 6 months. At first this center was exceptional. But about 2-3 months in his teachers quit. & they began being replaced more and more often. In the past 6 months he’s had 8-10 teachers in and out of that room. Some who were clueless as to what to feed him, or how often he ate. Once the new teachers came in and out, the room got more and more dirty. Not to mention the room itself is tiny and crowded. They have 10 babies there but took out various cribs and said they needed to make room for new toys. So they left about 3-4 babies with out cribs. My son being one of them. He wasn’t even one yet. And he doesn’t walk. The floor Matt where the babies crawl and play, and sleep on is extremely filthy. My teething son sticks fingers in his mouth all day long. I picked him up last week & found his hands, feet, toes, and knees filthy and completely black. There were only two babies in the whole class that evening when I arrived, and the new teacher didn’t care to wipe his little hands up, I walked in on her on her phone & watching him suck on his dirty hands. I’ve experienced many issues the past 2-3 months. My son has also gone home so hungry, not being fed as directed in the evenings bc of the random teachers being left to watch him once his teachers go home. When I spoke to the director Nina, I let her know about the feeding/cleanliness issues I had noticed, and I questioned the inconsistency in the baby room as well. & I asked to speak with the owner Ashley so that she can know what’s going on when she isn’t around. & Nina refused to let me speak with Ashley. She instead, told me that when she told Ashley about my concerns, Ashley mentioned she would prefer I withdraw my son & find another facility. Babies need stability, & the up most care. Prestige no longer satisfies those needs. I would not recommend the baby room at this moment. It’s a complete mess."
