"I simply can't say enough good things about Jen Care. Maggie is great and both her nurses. Tasha is super sweet. I enjoy seeing them. They are like family. It is convincing to get labs and x ray done. Meds were at Newburg but have a new system . So I haven't started that. And so many specialistics to see which I don't pay a copay with my Humana there. There are resources for food and other help. They have someone to help you with this. When I first started going to Jencare Dr Pailey ordered a heart test wish detected CHF. All my meds were carefully managed. I do miss the extra activities and shopping for seniors. Picnics in the summer. The flowers in the office. And freebies they woukd give us like gloves. I think 5 yr patients deserve a jacket too! Other actives are gone. As well as are coffee machine. That's they only things I have in the negative. Plus is office staff makes sure patients have rides home. Jen care is not just a medical ctr but family. I love the support. And we need a suggestion box. Also a nice gift for folks visiting woukd be a medicine box with a handle not a bag. I have a clear one with a handle."

"My mom goes here and the staff is very friendly, Dr Frank really help her with all her questions. She only speaks Spanish, so when I’m available to go she goes by herself and always calls me to say how they always go above and beyond for her. The sweetest pharmacy lady I think her name is Moraima or Moraime always says hi to us and makes conversation, which at my moms age is really important. We love coming to this location!"
