"I was almost done with this place after my PCP left. I needed my prescriptions refilled so I had to schedule an appointment. I'm glad I gave them another chance. I adore my new provider and the staff my last visit were friendly and helpful. I see a lot of new faces and I'm grateful!"
"The worst UofL site I know of. I’m a UofL employee and I will defend my company to the end, but this place? Nope! I’m a type two diabetic, and yes I’m not very good about making appts. I need refills on all my meds and approval for new meds and supplies through my diabetic management program. My Dr would not do either of the two without seeing me. Understandable. I called to make an appt on Fed 28th and was told the next avail appt was April 28th. Still would not refill meds or approve my pharmacy’s request until that date. I was put on a call back list for an earlier appt. Got called back the same day for an April 7th appt. I have never hade to wait more than a week for an appt, this all felt weird. So I decided to find a new dr immediately, did so and made an appt. Still had to wait til March 23rd but the 4.1 rating made it worth it. To add insult to injury, this location had to the nerve to call me back the same day and ask me about the 23rd appt at a different site. Like, what do expect me to do? I’m out of meds. The phone call was condescending and unnecessary. If I was more focused on my health at the moment I would dive deep into seeing what could be done about not supplying with me life saving medications until April 28th appt….or 7th appt. Doing so would have been the dr being professional and holding me accountable."
"9.1.22 3 weeks ago the doctor recommended I see a podiatrist. I called to follow up, no referral on file. 8.12.22. Back again, 45 minutes and still waiting. Again, no apology, no explanation, no nothing. This is an absolute disrespect of my time. Maybe you need better schedulers. I never did get to speak to customer service on the number below. Another awful experience. I waited so long I left without being seen. No apology or explanation. When I told the reception I was leaving after waiting for 1 hour, she shrugged and said OK. Not a good experience."
"This is the worst practice in Louisville. Poor communication, customer service, and severe lack of compassion and urgency. Trying to get a vital prescription refilled only to find out that Kimberly (NP) left and her replacement NP (Carol) would not refill without seeing me even though I saw Kimberly in Oct and previously had an appointment scheduled to see her again in June. They pushed out the appointment with Carol and can't get me in sooner to get my prescription refilled even though I'm out. My logic and pleas fell on deaf ears. Plus they won't schedule back to back appointments so that my wife can be seen after me. That Carol needs a 3 hour break between seeing patients. Based on that, she can only see 2 people per day, no wonder they can't get me in sooner."
"Quick run-down on the type of service you'll get here. I've been going to this office for 3 years. March of this year I get a new scrip, and schedule a follow up in June to see how the new med is working. Two weeks before the June appointment, the new med runs out, I call in a refill, then get a notice from my pharmacy that the renewal was denied. I tried calling this office 3 days in a row and never got a call back. So I give up and go on with my life, and not go to the appointment because there was no point since I wasn't on the med anymore, due to them not renewing it. Well then my blood pressure med runs out, I call in the refill, get the notice its denied. I start calling this office again, starting this past Monday morning, Wednesday afternoon I finally get someone to talk to me. She informed that my provider is on vacation and wont be back for 1.5 weeks, and that none of the other providers were comfortable renewing a scrip for someone who hasn't been seen since march. Keep in mind here, its blood pressure medicine, not some controlled substance, and I've been on this blood pressure medicine for 3 years!!!! So now, I get to go to the ER, pay $150 co-pay, just to get a temp scrip before I stroke out. How about reaching out to a patient before denying something, especially for something like blood pressure medicine."
