"I been seen by this office for a couple of years. They are unable to provide proscriptions that you need. Most the time it’s a NP. To me it’s just as if they are only in it to charge the insurance companies cause they don’t look at you chart. I was on pain medicine from open heart surgery and my pcp wrote me a prescription then had me bring it back and never called anything in. I’m currently changing PCPs"

"Not very happy with them . My doctor prescribed lipitor for my cholesterol . I had very severe side effects and was sick for two days. I called the office two days in a row and was never called back, which is a first. My doctor called two days later . I'm on a low salt and fat diat already. She didn't listen when I tried to tell her that. I don't feel they care or are taking me seriously. Very disappointed."

"I see one of the nurse practitioners in this office. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes and I'm usually able to get in for an appointment with short notice. I've always had a good experience here and the NP listens to my concerns thoroughly. The office itself does look a little rough, but I think it's just because it's an older building and it's near downtown."

"Really this place should be shut down and used for something else. Customers deserve a better facilitated environment and with all the updated renovation, get new equipment such as scales, updated thermometers, and other sterilized items. I know they use this facility for mainly foreigners because usually their clientele and dr amin takes majority of these patients causing long waits when they keep coming in without appointments. Everyone should have adequate healthcare but this facility after Norton's took over can't handle appts, scheduling other exams, etc and just not good customer service. A lot of them need to be retrained. Being nice or not nice doesn't get the job done to serve us adequately. ....especially waiting all day and your appt was schedule at 9."
