"Waste of my time. Went in for for ear infection been out of balance dizzines nurse practioner said she is not ear and nose spealcialist and said i dont see ear infection wanted to give me nasal spray. I dont like leaving negative reviews but waste of time and still out of balance. Do not feel nurse position if you dont know what your doing. Went in to get answer and walked out confused. Dont recomend it."
"Staff was extremely rude and refused to see my son and my granddaughter both had appointments both have been there many times before with different staff. This time the staff claimed due to requirements we have never had there before that they couldn't see them. I also watched them turn away two more patients. They're obviously just lazy and are looking for anything to keep from doing there job. I will never take my children or anyone else in my family there again."
"Daughter was seen twice and they did nothing g to help her. I mean nothing. This place is a waste of space. They should not have clinic on the bildg because they do not treat anyone. I will be reporting on this place as well"
"Went in for a sinus infection. The nurse practioner told me it was allergies & would not prescribe an antibiotic. I ended up developing a massive ear infection & now may need an ENT. Waste of my time & money. They are only good for physicals & covid testing..don't expect proper care. Never going there again."
"I recently needed a TB skin test done for work. The first visit I was given some misinformation over the phone but Melissa Coleman, APRN was incredibly helpful and kind. She deserves 5 stars, however the rest of my experience is why I leave the one star review. A TB test is given in two parts, so I had to go back within 72 hours. The second visit was incredibly rushed, I was never even taken back into the examination room. The provider I saw, Kelli Tegtmeier, did not scan my TB test record paper into the system as required. The paper even states "THIS DOCUMENT MUST BE SCANNED INTO PATIENT'S CHART," but it was not because I was rushed out of there without proper procedure. Upon checking my chart on the patient portal there is also no record of my results of the test. Therefore, I have no record of the test because the original copy is missing. The only record is that I paid for the test and went to the clinic visits, but no actual proof of the test and its results and I now have to pay out of pocket another $65+ for this test to be redone. To add insult to injury, I could not get a hold of anyone on the phone yesterday when I called so I physically went to the clinic to talk to someone to see about getting a copy of the TB test record, since it wasn't on the portal where it should have been. The lights were off but I arrived 18 minutes before their scheduled lunch break at 1:30. I was waiting at the reception desk with my two daughters when a nurse, I assume, walked past quickly and ignored us, walked into a room, shut the door, then walked out again a few minutes later. She then clocked out in front of us, gave us a rude smirk, and briskly walked away."
