"This facility is the greatest! Every doctor I’ve seen there does a fantastic job and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! This morning the Dr. Immediately fixed my ear issue. Highly recommend this place! Give them all a massive raise!!!"
"I came in with a dislocated elbow and everyone was amazing. I typically hate going to the hospital but all of the ladies that helped me were so nice and attentive. I want to personally thank everyone there."
"This place lacks the equipment required to be emergency care, they can't even do blood work. The doctor was very dismissive, he was clearly trying to get me out of his face. I understand people have bad days so Im going to assume that was his, just FYI ahead of time to warn others if this is his constant behavior."
"I was seen here on 05/22/ 2023. I had been scratched by a cat on my leg and it turned into cellulitis. It was very red, swollen, hot, hurt to touch and stand. I was given an antibiotic and a tetanus shot two nights before at a different place. I woke up with my whole body itching, red all over and my face red and eyes swollen. I was itching and prickling all over my body and head. My leg had swollen into my ankle and down. I saw the low score when I looked them up on google. I arrived to meet Jacqueline at the front desk asking me if I needed to be seen by the doctor today. She asked what I was being seen for. She confirmed my insurance, address, etc, and asked me to sign to be seen for insurance purposes. She then asked me to please take a seat and they would be with me soon. She was very polite and friendly. I was called back and taken to a room where I was asked what I was being seen for today, did vitals, went over prescriptions I was taking, and then I was taken and seated in a room for the doctor to see me. The triage nurses were Christy and Dee. Their focus was on me, doing their job, and were respectful and caring. Dr. Pancholi came in my room after knocking on the door. He had a very caring, concerned disposition, focus and eyes were on me, told me he was the doctor and asked how he could help me and could I tell him what has happened.I explained and showed him. He looked at my body, listened to my breathing and lungs, and checked me out and assessed my medical needs. He explained I was having an allergic reaction to the antibiotics and said he wanted to get a steroid injection in me now and a nurse would come in and give it to me. Ashley, the nurse came in, explained what she needed to do and guided me gently and with care. She asked me to stand , lower my shorts on my right hip, explained as she was preparing for the injection and she was wonderful at it. Dr. Pancholi returned to my room telling me he was going to write a prescription for a new antibiotic that would help me, but wait until the next morning to start it. He was writing a Rx. for an antibiotic ointment to place on my leg that helped fight bacteria and how to use it. He was also giving me something to help stop the itching and prickling , but for me not to drive, it would make me sleepy. He asked if I was driving myself. He said he hopes I started feeling better soon. I had forgo to ask the doctor a question. I opened the door and walked to the front desk and triage nurses and said I had a question I forgot to ask. I asked them. I was told they would be happy to speak with the doctor. The doctor actually came back to me, instead of answering and them telling me. They didn't ask my favorite hobby, nor color, but I was treated with respect, empathy and care, and I am not sure of anything more I could have asked for nor wanted. They didn't know me and I looked horrible. While I was waiting for my paperwork and prescriptions, the google review score I had seen came to mind. You're probably thinking, she was irritable and itching all over but has a great memory for names . I wish so! I was scared where this cat scratch was taking my health and life and I was miserable and foggy headed. Bless them for getting me to walk in! I walked back up front and asked if they could please write down their names and what they did for me. Yes, I kind of cheated ( my mind was checked out) but I couldn't have been treated any better! I took you on my journey there in detail and gave100 percent honesty for you to form your own opinion. There is no gain in doing this. We are all human and sometimes we need medical help and as I did myself, turn to Google. I pray you get treated as I did with professionals that are great at their jobs but also cares about who walks in the door . Thank you Middletown Baptist Urgent Care and the doctor and staff that treated me with care and kindness!! es Ch"
"I am giving this place a 2 because I am just unsure of the diagnosis that was given. I took my 83 year old mother there for flu like symptoms. We got in right away. The nurse ask a few questions and took her blood pressure. Then a man came in and didn't even introduce himself and said hello and ask what was going on. He listened to her lungs, looked in her mouth and nose and said well your nose is red. You have a upper respiratory infection. I will call in two medications one for the infection and one for cough. It literally was a two minute visit. I'm not sure he was even a doctor and without listening to her lungs from her back and without taking her temperature, I am very unsure that this was an accurate diagnosis. I hope he is correct and not pneumonia. We will find out."
