"This office is absolutely wonderful! They have a very clean and pleasant facility in a nice location. There's a bit of traffic getting to them but I assure you it is worth it. The front desk staff are very friendly and the whole experience is more comfortable than I expected. Unlike many clinics, these specialists actually seem to care about what you have going on in all aspects to help better your treatment. They don't just push medicine onto you. Instead, they help you discover the sources of the pain, and explain the cause so you can understand your ailments much better. I've found great relief with this team and couldn't be more thankful! I highly recommend setting up an appointment today if you have life-impedeing pain. They can truly help restore your quality of life."
"Had my first appointment here the other day and I'm just amazed at the level of service I received. Everyone treated me with respect and kindness, and received immediate care. I felt like I was really listened to and it was obvious they care about their patients. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I'm so thankful I was able to get an appointment here. Dr. Lamborn is great! And the location was easy to get to with easy parking, and it was very clean!"
"Have been a patient since January for nerve complications due to a gunshot wound and the entire team has been incredibly responsive and compassionate from my first visit. The self referral process makes becoming a new patient very simple and they have taken great care in reducing the pain I experience daily and have given me back tremendous quality of life. Would highly recommend Dr lamborn and his team."
"Well I really like them for the most part. But it is hard to get in touch with a human immediately by phone when you are having trouble. You either have to make a phone appointment or they will answer by email in a couple of days. I have finally found a number for an actual human. The system they have created does work really well except for when it doesn’t. You can ask the doctor questions directly and the doctor will call you back not staff. So a little hard to get used to for older or not tech savvy patients. It’s a clean nice place with great friendly staff that makes you feel comfortable. It’s NOT a pill mill so you are not setting around with drug addicts. They work very carefully to manage your pain on the lowest dosage possible. Make a list of symptoms and questions when you visit and give them any changes in medication or other health issues so that you get the best results possible. I recommend them for pain management. Just plan ahead and don’t procrastinate on refills or co payments. And ask for the number to get a human when starting care for true non life threatening issues. In my case the pharmacy faxed over refill requests several times electronically and they keep records of numbers of attempts, with no response for over 2 weeks. Someone had dropped the ball and they didn’t admit their mistake. But it was fixed quickly after making a phone appointment for refill. The appointment is for a day or two out. So plan ahead. It was not for pain medication but for a muscle relaxer. I lived everything is fine. I should have called sooner to follow up with them but had a cold and didn’t feel like doing anything at the time. That’s on me letting it go on too long. Don’t shoot yourself in the foot by not following up on your own care. Mistakes happen so know the steps ahead of time to avoid delays in your own care. And don’t be rude or mean to people you need help from. They are there to help you and you don’t want to muddle things by taking out emotions on others."
"Dr. Lamborn and his team have been very attentive to my issues. Explained each process of my treatment thoroughly. I have gotten better treatment here than any other option I have tried in the past. I am confident I am in the best care with this office"
