My severely complex special needs child was seeing Transcend since my son was three and now he’s eight so for five years they had made our hand and feet braces and then all of a sudden the past three months they will not return my phone call, and or emails. I have not received a letter stating why or if they have discharged my son as a patient/Client or why they will not communicate with me about my sons hands and feet braces!!!!! Sincerely an extremely upset mother!!!! We now work with Bluegrass Bracing in Lexington and they are truly amazing ❤️"

My daughter had missed picture day at school for 2 yrs and her last fitting appointment was also picture day, so when I called prepared to beg for a rescheduled appointment, I barely got the request out of my mouth with the lady telling me "No worries, get that girls picture made" and got me in the next week at a much closer clinic! They took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions and even offered to consult with her Physical Therapist at school. In a world where I feel rushed and overwhelmed most of the time, the 30 min appointment ease the anxiety for a minute."

"Marcello and staff were absolutely incredible! My daughter is 18 months old and we have been working for months with another office trying to find a solution to her braces. She has had three different braces and multiple adjustments and could still get out of all of them within minutes and her little foot constantly would come up. Her PT reached out to Marcello and explained the case and he said we could come in for a free evaluation. He was very kind and knowledgeable and really took his time accessing my daughter.
