"Office visit is always great, but check-in could be better. They always ask personal information out loud where the whole lobby can hear. Don't really like sharing/confirming my name, address & phone number out loud where everyone can hear. There needs to be a better way. Also, Courtney (may not have spelt correct) at the front desk is loud and was talking about her tonsil pus extraction so the whole lobby could hear, disgusting."

"I wouldnt recommend scheduling anything with this office. Because you will schedule something and a week before the apt or surgery they will call and cancel. They've done canceled this apt 5 times. I dont think we will actually ever get it. We live 3 hours away and we schedule everything together so that we dont have to make multiple trips. But they dont care. As long as its convenient for them. And they also dont listen to our questions or concerns. The only office in this building that I would give a 5 star review on is neurology with Dr. Barton. Every one else deserves 1 star and thats generous."

"I waited for about 15 minutes on the EEG receptionist and saw every single other family get checked in besides us. I felt like they really didn't care about helping us at all. I felt very small. I couldn't even cancel bc we were ignored. I hope we can reschedule elsewhere. *edit Had a way better experience the 2nd time and the EEG tech was incredibly patient with my son. Also, the receptionist was helpful. It may even have been the same one as the 1st day just got her on a better day."

"No direct parking in this building however there are many options to park although no valet either. Beautiful building with lovely architecture"
