Radisson Hotel Louisville North 505 Marriott Drive, Clarksville, IN 47129

"Breakfast was $13 and selection looked slim so I passed. No coffee anywhere aside from the two single use packs in the room. No microwave in the room. The carpet in the room was noticably dirty. Lack of vending machines and the guest washer/dryer were out of order. They charged me more than I booked for online so I had to get that straightened out. And last but not least, they say check out is at noon but starting at 10:00 you'd better be ready for housekeeping to knock every 30 mins, subtly letting you know you've overstayed your welcome."

"Place is nice. But no towels are at pool area. Water was warm. But freezing in pool area. Very cold. Need heaters in pool area. Because once you step out of water very very cold air. And no towels are available."

"Someone on staff tried to enter my room while I was in bed. All of the sudden the door starts being unlocked. Luckily I had the extra latch on, so they couldn’t get in - despite trying twice without announcing themselves or so much as apologizing. When I get to the door, no one’s around, so I call the front desk - they seem surprised and say they’ll call me back. They never called me back so I went down to the desk and the manager has a story about a guest being locked out and maintenance letting them back in their room and getting confused about which room. Which seems wild, and I ask why they wouldn’t announce themselves or why they would keep trying against the inside latch and why they wouldn’t say something after the fact after realizing that clearly someone was inside the room? I told her that none of that made sense and it’s not acceptable. She told me “I’m sorry you feel that way”. Unbelievable. The other reviews are pretty accurate that it’s not the cleanest and definitely not updated in any way - lots of things not working (ice machine, pool, etc). None of that bothered me because it was a bed and there weren’t any bugs, and that was enough for what I needed. But the total apathy of the manager about what happened was just too much for me."

"The hotel was nice for the most part. The room didn't have any hot water when we went to shower. The bar/restaurant you couldn't get any service we sat there for 30 minutes before leaving and going somewhere else."

"My daughter and I stayed for a 2 day trip. The hotel in itself is beautiful and has so much potential. However, the hallways were dark and had a horrible smell. The room was outdated and also had a very bad smell. There was no actual sense of security as no one was at the front desk majority of the time and rooms could be accessed just by walking in. I went out and bought cleaning supplies myself due to the toilet being filthy as well as the shower which did not work as it should have. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. I would not stay here again"
