"Was targeted by several evil nurses in the 6th and 5th floor, had a patient fell and then tried to blame it on a poor secretary. I watched the whole thing go down. Would never come back to this place…like ever. Hecate curse."

"They do visits only once a year even if u are a very new patient that needs assistance. I tried to make it 3-6 months because 12 months is way to long when they need assistance. But i was told thats not how it works. I was also told extra appointments are by letter only and only if its necessary. I wanted to go through the va because of the programs they have but they are NO HELP . the customer service line is rude and says smart things when u try to explain one year out for the next appointment is too far out especially when they did lab work at the first appointment. I never had a primary doctor tell me I couldn't make an appointment sooner especially when this was the very first appointment. But u guys are for the veterans. Some veterans need more help then others and can't wait 1 year for the next appointment. Do better..also they aren't for the veterans. They don't help the veterans or care that they need more help. It's a month later still trying to make another appointment and they refused. This is piss poor"

"Any time I call, I’m on hold for anything over 20 minutes. So as usual I called and I had them on speaker. My phone records show that I was on hold for 47 minutes!! Almost an hour long wait. Then the operator says hello and I respond promptly and they hung up! She didn’t even count to 3 before hanging up. I’m so upset with the VA and their constant LONG hold times."

"My visit per August 11 SUCKED!!! 1 hour in a room with a curtain....no covid test (I had been throwing up), sluggish, aches. No blood or urine taken either. Doctor turned off the light and told me to rest. I did NOT come to a hospital to REST! So, walked out!!! I bet I have covid, but they don't care. Hospital was not busy at all. They were on lunch break and I WASN'T OF ANY IMPORTANCE! Once again, I'm just a number to the VA!"
