Reviews
"I saw Dr. Moisa and he was excellent very patient and helpful, knowledgeable and treated me with respect as did the ENTIRE office staff. My nurse was great I remember her name but can't think of how to spell it to save my life lol but the overall experience in the office was more than expected especially after reading some of the reviews."
"My college aged son visited this clinic as it was close to campus and was convenient. That is where the good part of my review ends. If I could give ZERO stars I would. My son has to take medication DAILY and has nothing but problems getting refills in a timely manner. We call for DAYS and cannot go through the pharmacy for refills. HE RELIES on his meds in order to attend class and work and remain organized. Medical professionals know that from the very NAME of the medication, yet they DO NOT CARE and DO NOT RESPOND to MULTIPLE voice messages. VOICE MESSAGES because we can never get a human on the phone. THREE MONTHS IN A ROW. If you DEPEND on your medications, FIND ANOTHER FACILITY. I am placing complaints with BOTH The Joint Commission and the KY Cabinet of Health Services Office of the Inspector General Division of Licensing and Regulations."
"Called to get a prescription approved for my pharmacy and was treated like I was getting on her nerves of the staff member and was rudely cut off when I was trying to explain why I had to call. Then I asked to verify if it was an allergy free version of the medicine and I was given a curt answer and hung up on. This treatment was not necessary. If she doesn't like doing her job, then maybe she should move on to another that doesn't require contact with the public."
"This office is so messed up the students there don't listen to you about nothing they only hear what they want to hear I went in there the other day to talk about my health and brought them paperwork from the ER that I went to 2 times and did she even look at them no she didn't so my health is not important to them at all so I am going to seek another family Doctor Who will care about my health. Also the referral department really sucks as well you get the paperwork from them 1 month after you have already seen the other doctor"
