"They like to reheat infant's formula bottles. My nephew would not finish is morning bottle and they would just reheat it to feed him in the afternoon, this is dangerous, as I am sure that any parent would understand. The daycare's response to being asked why they reheat bottles is "is it on his paperwork to not reheat bottles?" This shouldn't even be a thing, no baby should be given a reheated bottle."
"Worst place.i had the worst experience I can't even begin to explain. Some teachers were really nice, but the front desk or whoever was at the front at drop off was super rude.i had a very sad experience with the place.but thank you for your rejection I got to find a very nice place ,am at peace and my kids are very happy, over 2 and half years since the horrible experience."
"The ladies at the desk are great, but I will say I think they have too many kids per teacher. Too many times did my kid have an accident without them knowing. There were several times where I’d have to tell the desk that a teacher was on her phone and not watching the kids. Several times my kid would come home in a dirty or wet diaper or underwear. This is definitely a daycare and not a facility that they are teaching at. The director of both facilities doesn’t ever respond to emails or phone calls and it’s not great communication, and these are all reasons why we left after 2 years of being here. The only reason we stayed so long is due to the 2 front desk staff members that my son absolutely loved and I did as well. But we finally had too much."
"Our experience was our child was thrown into rooms to play with many kids and no one on one with the adults. It was scary to a child who has not been around many kids. Every time the child was picked up at different times and days we never seen an adult giving any attention to the child. The ladies were on their phones or talking sitting around. Not paying attention to children. Was very traumatic for our child and we had to leave. Our child is doing great now in a new place with smaller groups of kids and rooms and lots of "teaching" "working" spending time with each child."
"They have some great teachers, and if you have a good teacher, you will love this place. My daughter did really good here (except I do feel there is some lack of supervision going on because she came home with scratches and bite marks more days than not). I am not sure if they are trying to cut back their CCMS clientele or we just happened to land a teacher who didn't really care or want to try. If your kiddo is an escape artist (and honestly what 2 year old doesn't have at least a little escape artist in them) or has tough behaviors, be warned, they will not work with you. My little guy is doing ECI and we are working through some tough behaviors. I get it. He is not an easy kid. But I never got incident reports or reliable information to pass along to the therapist. I get they reserve the right to terminate at any time, but I was never informed of anything being an issue until it was too late. And this information is vital when you are doing ECI and need to be able to relay to therapy what areas need work and what is improving. (After a few emails and two therapy visits, the issue that got him termed is quickly on its way to being resolved so had they just TALKED to me about it, I could have actually taken action and done something about it.) The teachers there who care will turn themselves inside out for your kiddos and love them. But there is something going on here that is not caring or patient or trying to teach kids at all."
