"Just got home with my to go order and guess what, yep, they forgot part of it. Won't go back there again! I knew I should have double checked! Well, I lied about not going back, I thought everyone needs a second chance. So, I went again on 3/4/25 to get a to-go order, but I thought to myself, I am going to check my order before I leave. Well guess what, I was shorted 2 fries. They corrected it but if I had not checked the order until getting home I wouldn't have gone back for the fries. CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE LEAVING! Very disgusting, they only have one job to perform and just cannot seem to get it right."

"The food is nasty. Customer service is fine. I ordered today on my break the grilled chicken and cup of fruit. The chicken was lukewarm and the cheese was wet with the a soggy bun. Fries were over cooked and warm. I can eat warm food at home. I want hot and fresh food. The fruit cup was small pieces of fruit and the fruit was not fresh. This was my favorite location not anymore. I had to go back to work don’t have time to come back. My lunch break is not long"

"One of the worst Chick-fil-A places to eat. Drive the extra few miles and go to another one in Amarillo. Don't go here. We ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and all of the sandwiches were cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. My daughter has had food poisoning for the past 10 days from us eating here. As soon as we got home she threw up all of her food. We didn't get any sauces with our meal and the fries were also cold as well as the Mac and cheese."

"Chic filet was amazing. I love there chicken fillet burger with siracha sauce. There car park was clean and so was the store inside. There disabled carpark was very accessible. Tere service was very good. Over all great place to visit, dine in. Note that at linch time the drive thru is very busy."
