"We dine often at Abuelo's Mexican Restaurant ... We are always thoroughly impressed. The Food is amazing and so delicious. Our waitresses all definitely deserve props for their indepth knowledge of menu. We applaud their recommendations."
"Great food.. I had the tilapia Veracruz and my boyfriend had chicken. It was absolutely fantastic. Our waiter Julian was super nice, attentive, and efficient. He was the best waiter ever. The atmosphere of the place was amazing. This was an easy 5 stars!"
"I got the grande which comes with three different enchiladas(great), a crispy taco(great), a tamale, a cheese chile rellano which tasted really good. It also had rice and beans. This dish is big enough to be shared by two people. The different salsas go well with the chips too. The habanero salsa was the one I enjoyed the most. Mango tea lemonade is good as well. They also have great service as well. Our server was polite and addressed everything we needed. Must visit restaurant in Texas"
"My husband and I arrived just before 5:00 on a Friday evening. We noticed there weren't many cars, but it was still early for a Friday. The lobby had a bit of an odor that it might need a good cleaning. We were promptly seated. Our server, Patricia, was attentive and pleasant. The food. Chips were crispy and flavorful; the salsa was "ok" according to hubs but I thought it was a little "off" flavor-wise (don't know what seasonings they use - maybe that was it). We got a bowl of queso with beef which was a little greasy but tasty. We shared a plate of enchiladas with rice & beans which was all really delicious. The most disappointing part of this visit was the music. We've been to other Abuelo's restaurants which had music that was what would seem to be classic Mexican with Mariachi and old Spain influences. This music made me feel like I was in a big city in gang territory - all modern Mexican hip-hop. It's not likely that I will visit this Abuelo's again."
"First time Visitor from California. Had dinner with family/ party if 13 people. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Ambiance was pleasant. Staff were very friendly and expedient. Food was delicious. We all had different meals from the menu and no one had any complaints."
