"turned away my 2 month old baby just because there was a typo on his insurance card. absolutely deplorable place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. thankfully we were able to switch to Hawley in borger and won't have to put up with TT or their rude unprofessional staff again."

"Give them a 0 star worse place to go through or even try to have surgery…. I ask for a different surgeon due to the fact he cancelled on me the day before… took me off medication for a 2 month to have testing knowing Iven been throwing up blood and didn’t even read the results of the some of the testing when I asked… after all the money they took for me instead of giving me a different surgeon, they said I have to see a different practice after I paid 2000 fees in testing and three weeks schedule visits to see them ……."

"I had an appointment with a Dr in July of this year. The Dr. had 2 recommendations for me. I requested her notes so that I could review the recommendations and discuss them with my family to make the best decision. I have filled out papers for the patient portal, release of information to my daughter and release of records to mail the information to my home address. This was all done since my visit to the Dr.'s office in the first week of July and several phone calls to this date. I have gotten one excuse after another from their staff as to why I have not received the information that is needed so I can make a decision. Dr., her Nurse and her recommendation seemed reasonable. However, the remaining staff members have not been helpful in any way to get my medical problem taken care of. I expected better health care from Texas Tech staff."

"Love it here. Great doctors and nurses, and caring people always. Remember, everyone to leave positive reviews even if you had a bad experience let's work together as patients and tell these medical professionals how much we appreciate them! Times are rough and covid has forever changed the way we live and look at things. Doctors work round the clock without complaining doing their best not only for you, but for countless others as well so do your nurses and other medical care team members. God bless all medical professionals in all that they do for all of us in this great time of need! I just wanted to add that I hope everyone feels Blessed to have these great doctors in this area. Especially those who live in small towns,when you live in a small town , you often have to travel out of town for good medical care. and sometimes those trips equal different distances, some far and some near. So Families should feel blessed That Texas Tech Is here to serve you for all your medical needs.. That's just my opinion. but maybe some of you will agree. Appreciate all your doctors and nurses no matter where you go to receive medical care.Always remember they're always there for you and they always do their best to serve you."
