"Rooms were very clean. Considering it’s a dog friendly place, you would never know. Very clean and doesn’t smell like dogs. Rooms are spacious. The front desk people are sooo polite, even gave my dogs some treats and pets."

"I enjoyed my stay here. The bed was cozy and clean. The gym had good working equipment as well. When I had a problem the manager Steve helped me right away. I appreciate the service I experienced at this location. Parking was always easy to find and my car was safe at this location. It was across from a Circle K, which was nice since I needed gas and coffee for traveling. They have a dog area complete with doggy bags as well. There is a sidewalk to walk your dog which is not always found in areas near busy streets. I was able to get in and out of my work related trip location easy. Most hotels in Louisville were over charging for similar locations."

"Rough around the edges: trash in hallways, external doors rusted out. Rooms were decent and seemed clean. Mattress was oldish. I had really bad allergies to something in the room. Not sure if it was the dogs or something else but I ended up leaving early because I developed a sinus infection after 2 nights. My biggest complaint was the paper thin walls. I could hear loud phone calls, doors slamming, even with white noise on my phone. Service was pretty good but this is night 2 of no sleep and I'd pay an extra 20-30/night for thicker walls, a better mattress and a no dog room (or maybe more thorough cleaning)? Partly my fault for not checking whether the hotel is dog friendly but I'm usually not this allergic so I'm wondering whether it was something else im allergic to (mold or dust)."
