"Every time I have called I am told that the office is closed due to an emergency. I leave a message & no one ever returns my call. This is a bad website & poor customer service."
"TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Been trying to talk to a case manager for months. Can’t get a return call, can’t get a return email, but then I receive mail saying I’m not trying to cooperate to complete a process."
"My name is Phillip Just and the only reason I actually gave one star was to make this review. With that being said, I have a sister who is a registered nurse in the state of Kentucky, her name being ( Patricia Gibson) who works at the University of Louisville Medical Hospital. I am not sure if all of the nurses there share thee same morals, values, care and compassion that Mrs Gibson does, but if they do, then I would NEVER refer snyone to be seen or treated at that hospital under her care. Especially after the way she talkd to patients camily members, ( even if they are related to her). Because even as a health care professional, she is inconsiderate, uncaring, unprofessional, verbally abusive, mentally abusive, and to be honest cares more about her owm opinions than she does someones welfare and safety. Trust me I know, I have valid complaints as well as conversations where she has been verbally abusive, mentally abusive as well as cruel to our own mother and left her unattended after injuries have taken place knowing that we had been informed that our mother required 24 hour care as instructed by her own drs and yet Mrs Gibson still decided to leave her alone, and when I volunteered to come and get our mother to take care of her, she proceeded to thraten our mother with if she did, then our mother would never see her again along with her children. And it wasn't until this past weekend that our mother almost died because along with her regular medical problems, she also has a history of mental issues and went into an episode where she cut her oxygen lines into pieces and threw them into the trash along with her oxygen tanks and was foind vy a neighbor who then called an ambulance amd when they arrived her oxygen levels were at below 40% and she was rushed to the hospital. So, again I say, with that kind of behaviorio, I wouldn't take any family member to be seen there. And if she were the nurse I had or ended up with, I would ask for another one or leave the hospital, especially when Mrs Gibson works under a cardiology specialist."
"I am a Dialysis Technician from a different state. I tried to get credentialed for the state of Kentucky and did all my paperwork as instructed by the website. The DT Coordinator, Suha Quatrain-Walsh emailed me instructing me to email an updated copy of my application, which I did. It has been over a month and while the website stated that I should allow up to 14 business days, I’ve allotted more time than that. No one has returned my calls or emails. I’ve put in a complaint with the Kentucky Board of Nursing and no one has contacted me about that. This is unprofessional and I’m very disappointed in this entire process!"
"Called to hopefully fix a problem-had applied for license by endorsement. One application had expired, so the process had to be started over, fine. All info turned in had my current married name but when my license was issued, it was issued under previous name. I was calling to see why. I had even sent in copy of SS card with current name. The lady, who didn’t provide her name, was rude. She even stated, “we can’t just assume you want a name change because of a different name on the application.” I ended up hanging up because I was getting no where with her. I did receive a call from another lady shortly after, and I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name. She was much nicer and was aware of the problem and stated she was going to change the name in the system. Thank you, and I so wish I would’ve remembered your name. In the future, please pass along your excellent customer service and phone etiquette to fellow coworkers!"
