"Stay Away!!! My issues so far: (1) I set up an appointment for an MRI at the Dixie Hwy. location because I live 5 minutes away. Heartland changed it to the Elizabethtown location. Then they gave me an appointment at 6:30 pm at Dixie and later canceled it due to lack of personnel. (2) [02-23-23] When I finally got my appointment, they misplaced my paperwork and had to reprint it. Who now has my original paperwork? (3) The Dixie office cannot make CD's, I now had to drive 30 minutes both ways [1 hour total] to get a CD copy of my MRI at the Shelbyville Rd. location. (4) They do not know how to bill my insurance. After I received the bill, I contacted agent "Ruby" who said they filed my claim without a group number and will retry. After receiving another bill, I talked to agent "Gail" and she told me they forgot to add my middle initial to the claim. After reviewing that everything was correct, I still get another bill. What is it this time??? (5) I contacted my insurance company and they said they have never received a claim from Heartland Imaging. Now I must make more phone calls and listen to lame excuses with very little trust this will get resolved soon. If you need an MRI, go anywhere but here. (6) To be continued... UPDATE!! (05/10/23) It has been over three weeks since I started this review. I have been working with agent "Katy S." via email to no avail. It has been 2 1/2 months since the MRI and Heartland still hasn't filed the insurance claim correctly. It's sad, really sad... UPDATE!!! (05/12/23) Well a few more days have passed. I get and email from "Katy S" saying if I need further help try calling the billing department directly. So for the 4th time contacting the billing department by phone I get to talk to "Treka". After 30 minutes I was told my issue needs to be escalated for investigation... It's now 09/05/2023 and it's been 6 months and 13 days since my MRI. My insurance company finally received the bill but denied the claim because Heartland Imaging billed using the wrong service code. Unbelievable... UPDATE!!! (11/17/23) 8 months now dealing with this. I received a final notice bill from Heartland Imaging threatening collection agency action if I don't pay. I contacted their billing department and was told they will resubmit the bill to the insurance company with the correct code. We will see...I will post the final date that this gets resolved."

"Loved my experience! Friendly staff and I got there really early because it was my first time visiting. Spoke to them in the phone and am glad I got information about my x rays because they do not have that machine. Doctors fault there because apparently she didn't know and didn't request 2/3."
