"Bought a $16 bottle of red wine from Shenanigans. When I opened the bottle, the edge shattered, despite using a bottle opener that spreads the pressure evenly around the top of the bottle. Glass may have gotten inside of bottle so it cannot be enjoyed. This happens on a rare occasion during shipping. Unfortunately, this store does not stand behind its product. Store clerk told me ‘no returns, even if defective.” Liquor Barn & Kroger’s would replace this bottle but clerk said that Shenanigans cannot."
