"We did have to wait about 40 minutes but we were a walk in so I didn't think that was too bad. I had one of the students stick me and she was wonderful. I do get a little queasy when I have blood work done. Jade, the receptionist stayed in the room and was so sweet when I asked her to hold my hand. She make quick conversation to keep my mind off of the draw. Thank you for a smooth and painless experience!"
