"Very slow in getting image read and results sent to Dr. I had a CAT scan performed August 27 at the Middletown Imaging center. I was assured the results would be ready before August 31 for an appointment for Dr Brandon Kellie. The office had called several times for results to be sent prior to my visit. I had to personally call the radiology department at Baptist Health Hospital to ask for the scan to be read while sitting in the Dr. office."

"I went for an x ray as a walk-in on a Monday morning around 9:30. I checked in immediately and was called back to start my x rays within 5-7 minutes or so. I only had to do three views of my knee so it wasn’t a long experience. It looked clean in there and the staff was very friendly. I was out before 10am and had been called by my nurse practitioner by 1:45pm the same day after she had reviewed the x rays. Overall: a quick and efficient experience that was pleasant even though I was in pain. I was grateful I had gone here rather than waiting at a hospital!"

"Referred by PCP for x-rays of t-spine, they don’t perform oblique views of the t-spine. I asked them to call the PCP to try and get the order changed to incline lumbar spine (which they do all views for and includes the defected segment of T12), they didn’t even ask. They just called the doctor in front of me and just asked if they wanted them to refer to another facility. Thanks for wasting my time and not giving me what I needed. Guess I’m a Norton guy from here on out."
