"I wanted to stop in during the hours of 2p-4p known as Happy Hour on Thursday, 12-14-2023 and had of the opportunity to arrive @ 3:53p and first off this is before 4 p and second, the first Ice machine (west side) STILL does not operate which, being awhile since, I had been fortunate to even, be here and when, I approached there was a line & I being second standing in line behind one at 4:06p checked out by Server: Laikyn L was told of the Full Price and not of Happy Hour Price which was oh so surprising and all, I can say is you may wanna have associate(s) to announce that happy hour is coming to an end so it is not a shock !!!"
"Placed curbside order. Arrived within 5 minutes, check in and wait for 25 minutes before I finally just walk in. Waited for an additional 5 minutes before anyone even said a word to me no greeting when I walked in either. For not being busy they had plenty of time to make 6 coffees for a drive thru order that just pulled up right before I got down and walked in. Didn't even get a apology. It's cool I go there for the tea not the experience."
