"I had a service dog and the old lady told me very rudely to leave so she kept asking me for the puppy information and she should know that it’s against the law to ask that. And the service dog is a puppy also the puppy is very small"

"Wish I could give ZERO stars. An absolute train wreck of a store. Bought a shirt, hoodie, and sweatpants around Christmas and had an awful interaction with Chastidy Or whatever her name is. Sweatpants had a massive hole i missed when purchasing and the shirt ripped in the armpit after one wash. AND my hoodies pocket threads completely came unthreaded. 0/10 would not recommend. Rude employees, and cheap clothing."

"I came in at noon on Saturday to shop and the store wasn't open at all. No lights, nothing. The mall was packed and I had asked surrounding stores if they knew when they would be opening. None of them knew. I had to wander around the mall for nearly two hours and they finally opened at 1:30 pm, maybe 2 pm. So I guess the store manager just makes her own hours? It never used to be like this."

"I normally love shopping at Rue and was looking to get some items on clearance, but when I went in Sunday they were closed. (11 am) I did shop around the rest of the mall because every other store was open except for this one. It seems to be a trend because even for Christmas shopping they either open late or close early. I’m not sure if it’s a management thing or if all Rue stores are operating this way. I did come in Christmas Eve and the manager was on her phone and consistently has earbuds in. At least I’m assuming it was the manager by the way she was barking orders at the workers and belittling them in front of customers. It is off putting because the other workers are so kind and I hate to see that manangement isn’t reprimanded for treating them like that."
