"Worker was really rude to another employee in front of me and other customers. I am not sure if they were a manager, but I have no tolerance for seeing people treated like that. Name-calling other employees to a customer is very inappropriate and not professional. I will never come here again. I hope the employee that has to deal with that finds a better job and just leaves!"

"Worst experience I've ever had with a store manager. I was stranded and had no way to get back to Portales when I went into this store to buy a charger for my phone to get help. The initial lady was nice and said I could plug it into the ice machine plug so I did but the charger didn't work so I went back into the store to exchange it which is when this manager from hell approached. I asked if I could exchange the charger and she refused told me I had to buy a new one and was very short and rude, I think she may have been out of Crack or something by the way she was treating me so I said whatever and just kept trying to use the one I bought then she came outside and went off on me for using the outlet that the employee had said I could use so I just left the location not after a few choice words. Luckily I was able to go across the street to Allsups and after about 2 hours was able to pay someone 40$ for a ride. Don't ever go to this dollar general they don't have respect or human decency"

"We love shopping at DG! The staff is friendly and the store is clean and organized. They are always putting out new merchandise and we look forward to our visits"

"I love the new Dollar general that they built on South Prince it's so nice and clean the staff is incredibly friendly missing veteran day as well so there were no problems at the register when asking for help and provide great customer service the store is orderly and stocked it's much larger than I had expected and I was incredibly surprised to see that they sell alcohol also it's in a great location and it's great to see that it took advantage of the thriving area south of the bridge they needed a store here so bad they built it well thank you Dollar general for a great experience"
