"I love Lowe's. I've been trying to get a steel mesh security screen door. Tractor supply sells them but they don't keep them in stock and they charge $99 to deliver even if it's being delivered to the store you pay $99. But not at Lowe's. At Lowe's I went online did my shopping found the security door I wanted didn't pay a single dime to have it put into stock and all the other items that were in stock were placed in a locker and we're waiting there for me that same day. I bought my first house in October. And now I understand why Lowe's is like a candy store for homeowners. Everything I need I can get there and the prices are competitive. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The aisles are wide and clear of obstructions."
"If i could rate zero stars i would......Bought a dishwasher online for my elderly mother's house (i live in WA state) on Nov 10th and still don't have a working one in hand. First order was to be there 11/25, was delayed until 11/29. It arrived damaged. Called the store and scheduled the pick up of the damaged unit. I was told my money would be refunded in 3-5 business days. I was also told in order to expedite the replacement dishwasher I should purchase another in lieu of waiting for the damaged one to arrive back at the store (it arrived back at the store on 11/30), be processed and a replacement ordered. I did purchase another unit at that time with an ETA of 12/15. 9 business days later I had not received the refund for the damaged unit, I called to find out they had not processed the refund. They processed while I was on the phone only because I was not hanging up until they did it and I finally got it 5 days later! I received an email stating 2nd dishwasher was delayed and new delivery date was now 12/26. That day came and went. Called again asking for an ETA and was told 1/4 and I would get a call the day prior. Here we are day prior and no call so I called again and was told I'd get a call from their 3rd party trucking between 5-7pm....no call so called again at 845pm finally got an eta and are supposed to get a call tomorrow 30 mins prior arrival. I won't hold my breath. Fingers crossed this one is not damaged and my elderly mother finally gets a working dishwasher! I also bought the protection plan when I placed the first order. I have been receiving emails stating I haven't registered the unit so plan is now void. Unfortunately I don't think I'm done living this nightmare. I will never again buy anything from this Lowes. The employees are rude when I call and this process has just been awful not to mention I was out 1500 for weeks because they didn't process the refund timely. Worst experience ever with lowes and they are our go to up here!"
"One evening I stopped in for my bathroom project, I bumped into Ben who was a huge help with getting me calculations and helping me weigh options in his system. The next morning I strung my husband along to wrap up details and we met Patrick who stayed with us for 2 hours helping us make decisions with our bathroom remodel. He helped push the heavy tile around with no complaints and even helped my husband load the tile and drywall into our truck. These guys deserve recognition."
"I'm not sure what's going on, but management SUCKS! They have thrown me to the curb for the whole past week about a cabinet that I bought and want to exchange. Why y'all changed to a third party for delivery baffles me. It's SPAM numbers that pop up on my phone. The ONLY person that was finally willing to help me after a week of calling was a gentleman in delivery by the name of Tyrell. Such a professional gentleman. You need to give him a bonus. My twin sister was in there last week, and four men (employees) were just hanging out talking while she was calling for help. This place has gone down hill."
