"[Original Post] I'd say this storage facility is average. They are kept up pretty well, the units themselves are shorter floor to ceiling than previous storage units I've had at other facilities. They also increased my price significantly after 6 months so now what was once a cost savings for a closer facility to my apt, actually costs me more.... for less space in the unit itself due to the height. They did give notice of the cost increase, so that was a nice heads up. Within the facility itself, there is only one entrance/exit which can be a bit of an obstacle depending on the time of day. There also are not carts or dollies to help transport things from vehicle to unit which I've had provided at other facilities. A big positive is that management is cordial and communicates well about maintenance and activities going on within the facility that may impact accessibility. [Edit] I originally rated 3 stars but I'm increasing it to 4 because of the response. I didn't know about the tax increases and whatnot as I'm not a homeowner or anything like that. I may have overlooked that bit in the increase notice. Either way, it's not the facility's fault and they have been doing a good job of maintaining and improving their infrastructure despite it."
