"Meeks Family Chem-Dry is an excellent choice if you are considering having your carpets or upholstery cleaned. They did a very thorough job and I really like the process they use to clean everything. It eliminates all the dirt, dust, and oders plus it all drys fairly quickly. Being a smoker and having three dogs that shed constantly I wanted to eliminate some of the allergens dust, dirt, & dog hair that my regular vacuming wasn't able to completely get rid of. After they completed the service I can already tell that the carpets and sofa look and smell much cleaner and were softer to the touch. Thankyou for doing a great job."

"Dylan came this afternoon, January 9, 2024 and cleaned my living room carpet and recliner. Protectant was also applied. He was friendly, prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. I’ve lived here in Sun City for 3 years and haven’t had the carpets cleaned until now. The charge was just over $170. Dylan recommended it be done annually. Will call them again January 2025."

"It's been a while since we had our carpets cleaned. Dylan was the young man who came to our house and he was phenomenal. He sprayed the carpet with the anti allergen spray and scrubbed and got most of the spots on our old carpet cleaned up. The carpet looks new in some spots, even though the carpet is at least 13 or 14 years old. Even though I told him that some of the furniture didn't need to be moved after he wrapped up my wife came down and asked if he was able to get underneath it. I jumped in and told her that I had told him not to move it and immediately he said I will though and he did and even underneath the spot where I had said he didn't have to get he got. He was here for a full 2 hours and the carpet looks great. Something tells me we will be using Meeks again more than once and for more of their services. Dylan was conscientious hard-working, and truly a nice young man. He really made us feel like he would have done anything to make sure that we were happy. And we are very happy with the service that he provided."

First of all, they are the only company that was able to remove the smell of dog urine from a carpet we thought we were just going to have to replace (and one place said the smell may have permeated our subfloor, but not so after one treatment with the enzyme Chem Dry uses). The staff is also very friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. They have cleaned some area rugs for me at no cost because the rugs were so old and the staff was not sure it would actually help.
