"Our first visit to this location in Georgetown will be our last. It started when we were ordering our food. The person trying to take our order did not know how to input our order into the register and was trying to get help from someone who we assumed was a manager or supervisor. She asked two different people for help and they completely ignored her leaving us standing there awkwardly. One of the guys she asked never even looked at us and just told her "no I am not going to help you". Extremely rude. She was obviously embarrassed. When we finally finished placing our order we sat down and our order was brought to our table and my wife's order was completely wrong. She took it back to the counter and they had to remake her order which took so long I was finished eating my meal before she could start. My burger was dry and tasteless. We spent over $65 for terrible food. Next, I took our kids out to the play area while my wife ate her meal. This next part is not necessarily the staff's fault but we have never seen a more rude bunch of kids in a playground ever. One of our kids was run into from behind on the slide by a girl wearing soccer cleats! Kids were pushing and shoving and their parents were no where to be found. One kid started a fight with our son and if I had not been standing right there I don't know what would have happened. The other kid's parents were no where around. I had to take our son off the playground and we left the restaurant with a vow to never return."
"I would say this place is a win. Burger was pretty good, and plenty of space in the dining room. A little expensive but what burger joint isn’t anymore?"
"I hate to add this review but y’all need to do better. 1) Flies are terrible in dining room. 2) We came for the new playground. Already paid for our meals then told it was not open. 3) Pancakes brought out with promise to be right back with syrup. 5 minutes later I went to see if I could get some and the guy who promised to bring it was busy doing other things. I asked for syrup and was handed two cold syrup packets.4) Finally, this food is not a good value. $5 for a tiny sandwich which was not made as ordered."
"After visiting the location on 79 and then visiting this one in Georgetown we were left pretty disappointed. Upon walking in I was greated by silence, it took a good 3 mins for someone to surface from behind the kitchen and serve us. The order was wrong and instead of correcting the issue I was asked to pay for the added items that should have been a combo meal. (Already annoyed, i just paid for it) We were waiting over 30 mins for our food with an empty resturant. (Myself and my hangry children) were the only customers at that time. Then we met another gentleman in the lobby who had been waiting 30 mins or more for a milkshake/fries. (He was not happy either) another guy left while waiting for his food. Although the resturant was clean, my kiddos were sad to see the playscape was not there like shown in the pictures/reviews online. While in the play area a lady walked in off main street and proceeded to try talking to my children inside the play area before leaving (she didnt even order food) at that point we didn't even end up eating there and packed our food up to eat at home."
