"Our chicken looked like it was mummified. We went through the drive thru so we didn't realize how bad it was until we got home. Needless to say, we threw it out. We won't be going back."

"I recently moved to Texas from CA and couldn't wait to go to KFC again. Unfortunately, the Georgetown location doesn't compare well. I went through the drive-through and ordered an 8pc family meal. I asked whether I could have fries as one of the 2 large sides and was told yes. I then said, No, make it mashed potatoes/ and Cole slaw, and add a large fry. The lady said ok, I said please put in butter/honey for the biscuits (since you always have to ask for them lately) she said out of butter but honey ok. when I got the food home, no mashed potatoes, but 2 enormous fries! and no butter or honey. opened the bucket and the original chicken was so overcooked or old, it was just little brown lumps. the extra crispy looked good, but was overcooked and dry too. basically I paid $30 for a side of coleslaw and biscuits and a whole lot of fries! Word to the wise, never pull away from the window without thoroughly checking your order. Next time, I will go inside to order."

"Went through the drive thru tonight. No cars in line should have been my warning. But Son wanted to go there. Lady working was very nice. But the food was absolutely inedible. Ordered two chicken sandwiches and it was tough as leather like the chicken had been sitting since lunch time. Som and I only took one bite. I couldn’t Ben bite through the chicken. Well just chalk it up to live and Learn. Save yourself $20 bucks and just go to Popeyes or Chik Fil A."

"What's not to love about some hot, juicy, original recipe KFC chicken? They got our order out fast, correct and with lots of extra condiments. With all the other fast food options available these days I don't stop here very often. But I got some great coupons in the mail recently and decided it was time to visit the Colonel again."
