"Great place to stay. This place is definitely one we will stay again when passing through. The rooms are great and at a great price! The breakfast could have had pancakes or waffles to go with the eggs and sausage. The quality is top notch here."

"Very nice SpringHill Suites. Breakfast was great. Room was spacious, clean, and very up to date. The tv gave you the option to stream from Prime and Netflix with your own account. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gym was well equipped and everything worked. They have on-sight charging for Teslas."

"Disgusting. Housekeeping only makes the bed and replaces towels. It was obvious they don’t vacuum as I found food crumbs, an earring and other remnants from previous guests. The couch in the room was disgusting, it looked like a frat house couch, I never sat on it. The gym is nasty, dead bugs and very obvious it is never vacuumed. The gym lacked any sanitary wipes to clean equipment and trash was strewn throughout. The front desk staff could care less, they are rude and unapproachable. Oh and they charge $7 a day for parking plus tax for a lot that has littered cans all around in the middle of suburban Texas. What a joke."

"New building and great location but probably wouldn't stay here again, suffice to say it's a 2-star hotel for a good reason. You should only stay here if you want a lesson on why you should pay your employees well. We booked two nights and had to re-check in the second day because it was booked with points. In the 5 minutes it took me to go down and reset the keys, housekeeping and their manager had already barged in to our room while my partner was in bed in their pajamas which scared the tar out of them. It's an understandable mistake, however their unhappy demeanor made us feel very unwelcomed. Then the second day the same manager walks in without knocking at precisely 2:01pm, 1 minute after our checkout, while I'm back doing a final walk-through making sure we didn't forget anything. That can't be company policy, right? Throughout the 2 days we had to answer the door a total of 8 times for apperently no reason other that to check if we were still there. They also had their kids with them running around and screaming and playing videos out loud on a phone while they vacuumed. Staying here was like stepping into bizarro-land, the building was the newest out of the 20-odd Marriott's we've been to and the staff was by far the least friendly and professional. These poor people need a vacation and a 20% pay increase."

"Location: about 20-30 minutes from downtown Customer service: great - I had three brief interactions with the staff- once way in advance of my arrival when I called to ask questions about booking with points and explanation of the views from the room. The gentleman on the phone was super patient and helpful and also ended up offering to help me process the booking. I usually do them online myself but this was a pleasant surprise one how easy and delightful this over-the-phone customer experience was. The second and last interaction was checking in and out- both were brief, efficient and I felt so welcomed and appreciated as a guest. Room: I had the "North Facing Suite, 1 King, Trundle bed" room. It was true to the photos- I really loved the layout of the room and how spacious it was. I had everything I needed and wished I planned to stay a bit longer to really enjoy it. Parking: Although I booked this trip with Marriott points, I still had to pay a little over $7 when I checked out for the parking day rate. I think it weird/unnecessary for them to charge for parking- there was plenty of parking (checked in Saturday, checked out Sunday) and the hotel was "in the middle of nowhere" (figuratively speaking) and not in a place like downtown with scarce parking. Overall I'd return and would recommend this place for a peaceful stay!"
