"Don’t buy any room in this place. After a long day of work I couldn’t shower. They didn’t have anyone to fix the water and they told to wait until next day to shower. It is crazy that this hotel doesn’t have any solution or a personal to fix this kind of stuff. Expensive for what it is . Breakfast is terrrible. They don’t refund you anything if you want to leave this place. As a resident or Lakeway I won’t recommend any person or family to stay . They need to refund clients when the basic services are not cover. I want my money back. This is stealing from people ."
"We come back here year after year for our company management summit. The meeting room rate is extremely reasonable and Nidya always goes above and beyond to ensure our event goes smoothly. I love that we can walk to High Five from there for our teambuilding events and it's surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants. Highly recommend!"
"I would stay here again. The rooms are clean, as are the lobby, grounds and public areas. Service is good, and staff are friendly. A nice place."
"First thing I noticed when I walked in was a smell of a gas leak. I immediately brought up the smell to the front desk. She addressed they were having issues with a boiler and were having it fixed. Otherwise, the front desk lady was super friendly and checked us in fast. There lots of fast food & dine in options at a walking distance or 3 minute drive max. Also, an HEB located at walking distance. In a nice and quiet area. Our room & bathroom were very clean. Their snack and food store downstairs in the lobby does not have many options. I think that’s something they could add more items to so that guest have more options to chose from. Great stay!"
