"This was a very convenient location and close to Star Hill Ranch, it was about a 10-12 minute drive away. When I arrived here, I had to wait 10 minutes by the front desk before I was greeted, I rang the bell a few times and the phone was ringing non-stop, just inconvenient as my first experience. The lobby was nice and clean, the room was decent sized and had a great view. The showers had some scum around the edges and looked like it needed a good scrub. I appreciated that Chris remembered my name and addressed me each time I came in and left. The breakfast was hot and had a good selection. Plenty of parking and close to groceries and restaurants. I would return if I need to stay nearby again."

"What can I say, I was looking for a convenient low priced hotel in a very specific area of Austin for a meet up in a local neighborhood. Not only was his place incredibly reasonably priced, the reviews did not lie. The room was clean and comfortable, there was a full breakfast every morning included, and I had a decent view outside my window of some local greenery. Everyone that worked at the front desk was very kind and always accommodated my request for more water bottles haha This location is about 40 minutes from the airport out in Lakeway. Parking was also very easy and hassle-free which with lots of space and it was free."

"Big rooms, comfortable beds and big bathroom. Pool was quite dirty. Service is great, however limited options at breakfast buffet. Location is also good. Whataburger on the parking lot."

"We stayed at this hotel for our wedding anniversary. Let me start with the pros: Friendly staff, hotel was relatively clean and near restaurants and grocery stores. Cons: Check in was on Jan 1 and immediately realized there was no hot water. We spoke with the front desk who informed us they had just installed new boilers and were having problems with them. His advice was to let the water run for 10 or 15 minutes, which we found odd and such a waste. However, we did try his method and it did give us some lukewarm results. The next day - check out day - we had no hot water at all, no matter how long we let the water run, and had to change rooms just to shower so we could leave. I requested a refund and they obliged. Now, I want this to be an informative review with just the facts. No hot water, the hotel was very cold with it being winter and cold outside. The fridge in our first room was broken, the breakfast was not very good. It was cold and really not appetizing at all. The best thing on the buffet was the bagel. While the staff was not rude, they were also not apologetic at all and just seemed indifferent. We really like the area of Lakeway, but would not stay at this hotel again."

"Clean room. Felt safe. Comfy bed. Good soft but supportive pillows. Nice TV, fridge. Adequate bathroom. Shower output was faster than the drain (ankle-deep water by end of shower). Really nice to have hot food selections. Eggs (are they reconstituted?), a protein (sausage patties, sliced maple sausage - my 2 mornings there), and potatoes. The rest is typical continental breakfast items. Location: interesting, nestled back from the highway, giving a safe feeling. You can only enter from/exit one direction. If you're coming from the opposite direction, you'll need to make a u-turn, which is kind of annoying. One side entrance of the building wasn't working, limiting cars to crowd the other side, parking-wise. Should be a prior to fix this, IMO. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would, because of the price point. Great value, and perfect location for my needs (business stay)."
