Primrose School of Lakeway

"Having our child at primrose was a difficult experience. In the time we were there last year, there was a lot of staff turnover and many occasions of people in the room that we weren’t familiar with. Management was pretty unresponsive to issues like biting and the rooms seemed often crowded and overwhelmed. We did not feel like the school was very inclusive either. We tried two different locations in this franchise and between raising the rates multiple times in one year and their inability to keep consistent staff, it just was not worth it."

"This review is for teachers and staff only. We love this school for our littles and I have liked every teacher I have met here. My son absolutely adores Ms Leigha. I think he’s created a special bond with her. Some people are just really meant for taking care of children and I think she’s definitely one of them. My daughters teachers are great with her also. They deserve 5 stars. CON: 1. we’ve been attending for 3 months and they’re already raising the rate $360 a month for two kids starting for the year of 2024. 2. They don’t offer sibling discounts. 3. I’m a nurse and their discount for that was $35 a week for only one child, and it’s only good for a year. (Their “discount for being a community helper” as they call it, was more than wiped out by that increase)"

"The staff and teachers here are Amazing! My daughter loves her teachers and they have helped her come out of her shell so much! I also love how the school is very good at communicating what is going on and making everyone feel welcomed. We love the lakeway community and I can’t thank them enough for being part of my child’s development! They say it takes a village to raise a child and this is an amazing village to be apart of!"

"This place is amazing, our toddle has been going to Primsose since he was 5 months old. We get a ton of detailed updates throughout the day coupled with high quality photos. The teachers are communicative, and all have an obvious love for what they do. They somehow know every kids name regardless of the class they're in and always go out of their way to make parents feel at ease. Our son's current teacher, Ms. Leigha deserves a shoutout for being awesome, it's clear how much she cares which puts our minds at ease knowing our boy is in good hands. Our baby girl will also start attending soon and I'm sure she'll love it just as much as our son currently does. 10/10 would recommend"
