"My daughter started here at 6 months and I must say I am very impressed. As a first time mom, I was very apprehensive to who is caring for my child and what skills they would obtain in my absence. The care and attention they gave her was more than I could have expected. She is now 16 months, and thanks to the ladies at this facility she knows sign language, her ABCs, can count to 10, follow instructions, and is a social butterfly. I would strongly recommend this facility to anyone looks for great infant care."
"Learning Jungle started off as a great school, was very comprehensive and had great teachers and staff. However, over the past 6 to 8 months I've noticed a shift in the caliber of care and quality of the teachers. I've given constructive criticism to the director and also tried to partner with the daycare in terms of behavior correction, but unfortunately the school and teachers are missing the mark when it comes to understanding, training, knowledge and attentiveness to the children. One of the teachers was also unprofessional in her word choice when dealing with my toddler. My son had a good run here and the school still has potential to get things back in order, but at this time I can not recommend the learning jungle."
"I started my son at the Learning jungle at 8 weeks old. He was the youngest baby In the infant room. The director assured me as a new mom that he was in good hands and always made sure to keep me updated with him throughout the day. The Learning Jungle constantly sends pictures, updates, and info about what meals he has eaten, when he uses the bathroom, and when he is napping. I couldn’t be more thankful! The staff is extremely welcoming and is always open to address my concerns and even offer advice. I absolutely love the daycare I have chosen for my son!"
"My daughter has been attending Learning Jungle for a little over a year. So grateful for this daycare. She has grown so much in many areas! Especially developmentally! I appreciate the way the staff cares. They also communicate well with parents that’s very important factor for parents."
"What a bad way to discovered this is a bad place to bring your kids at, my daughter was called today at 2:30 pm, she was advised that my 9 month granddaughter failed off the high chair? What happened to the teacher watching this baby? The chair is not restrained for what they mentioned, my granddaughter had a bad fall, my daughter went there requesting to watch the video to confirm how the baby fell off, and to speak to the director; however, she was gone for the day? And no one was there to attend her concern? Like, they just don’t care at all! This place is really bad, at the sane time, their main doors were wide open, toddlers were walking all the way outside the office, this is really dangerous, they can be kidnapped or a parent is going to be called for a tragedy that can be prevented. They are Understaffed, the director is so irresponsible, the owner needs to take responsibility. And yes indeed, I’ll make sure this is heard at the State, let’s see if the director will be able to speak to them. Please find another daycare that absolutely protects your kids. No one at the office and the doors open? Hello parents, your kids are at risk of anything, this is not a safe place to bring your kid. I am also posting photos on how the office is unattended and front door is open."
