"We've been coming here for a few years, but wait times have become unacceptable. Even with an appointment, we've had to wait well over an hour to be seen. If you can't stay close to appointed times, then stop offering them."

"Brought my daughter here this morning. Even as walk ins we were seen fairly quickly (only there for 1.5 hours total including the visits and tests) Dr. Derencius and Nurse Victoria were so amazing and sweet with my daughter! Definitely recommend this place!"

"Scheduled my son in two weeks ago and had a great experience. They got us taken care of in timely manner and both nurse and NP were awesome! However sadly, that’s not how my experience went today! My son spiked a fever at school and they sent him home. His Pediatrician didn’t have any available appointments today and neither did Little Spurs. I decided to do the walk-in option and check in online to be put on the waiting list 30 minutes before I arrived. Whenever I got there, the older Hispanic lady at the front desk didn’t even greet me and immediately with an attitude ask if I had an appointment. I stated I checked in online, she got our info and she then said for us to have a seat. Some time goes by and I checked my place in line on the app. Somehow I got bumped behind in line and now was going to have to wait even longer. Whenever I ask the lady upfront why that was, she looked at me like I was stupid. Then proceeded to tell me that I have to wait for all her appointments to be seen, plus the people that were already in line, which Still didn’t answer my question as to why I got bumped behind even though I had checked in already. At this point I’m frustrated because there’s no need to be rude! I completely understand that the office was busy, but you don’t have act like that and be unprofessional. I ended up canceling my visit and took my business elsewhere. I Will definitely not be going back!"

"I’m so happy we chose Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care. The online booking was fast and easy to navigate. Upon arrival we were greeted by the friendly front desk staff and the facility was clean and inviting. Within 10 minutes of arriving, we were called back to be seen. The entire medical staff (MA, Nurse, and Doctor) was great! They explained each process, made us feel comfortable, very efficient and had excellent bedside manner. I hope we don’t have to return anytime soon, but if/when we do, Little Spurs Pediatrics will be my first chose."
