There is no quality control and my table was exchange 3 times one worst than the other in less than a month- then they try stick you with a higher price product claiming yours is discontinued-"

"Went in to look, told the salesman exactly what type of sofa and loveseat we were looking for, high back, non leather, power reclining, dark brown, or similar. He did not waste our time showing us furnitire that did not meet our requirements but showed us several that did. Not once was he pushy or overbearing. He let us take our time and never did we feel rushed. We ended up agreeing upon a set called Laredo. He told us it was one of the more sturdier pieces which is what we wanted because we are not Ken and Barbie types. After finding the perfect furniture he tells us that we can pick which coffee, end tables and lamps to go with the package. So we walked around and found what we liked...but he did not stop there, he took the tables and lamps and set it up where the furniture was so that i could see them all together. We ended up purchasing the set and i highly recommend James. He was a fantastic help and very knowledgable about what he is selling. Here is what we bought"
"We went shopping at Rooms To Go in Selma we had dad with us who's 89 we were looking for a recliner Lift Chair. We found a perfect chair with headrest adjustment phone charger cup holder and heated seat. The sales rep David was very attentive and gave dad his full attention. Very nice service thank you"
