"RCBA is such a wonderful blessing for our family. The administration team, leadership, and teachers all go above and beyond out of love for the Lord and for the kids. It’s not just a job, it’s a mission. They help our family to train and teach our kids which way they should go while academically striving for excellence. The staff at RCBA consistently point our kids to Jesus and are a beautiful example of his love and grace. I am so grateful for this school and have excellent communication with all 3 of our kids teachers. Thank you RCBA!"

"Our three kids have attended RCBA for 5 years, and I cannot express how happy we are with this school. The quality of education is outstanding. My children all receive individualized instruction as well as character and biblical education. God is truly the center of RCBA, and this school will always feel like family. I cannot recommend RCBA more highly."

"My kids were in 1st grade and pre-K at RCBA and it was such an incredible experience. I cannot say enough good things about this school and the people here. The teachers are AMAZING and care so genuinely about the kids! The education they received was top notch but even more than that, the Christian values and concepts that are taught and modeled every day was exactly what you would hope for. We only lived in the area a short time, (and right in the middle of the pandemic) but we were welcomed in and treated like we had been a part of the RCBA family for years. I have very high standards especially when it comes to my kids, and there is not a single aspect of our experience at RCBA that did not exceed my expectations. If we could go back I would in a heartbeat! We love RCBA! ♥️"

"They do a lot of events for the community, which I liked. When my son went here for a year I was not pleased. At that time his teacher had great difficulty thinking outside the box for a child that was not your standard child. My son had been in private school for years prior to attending here and when we left this school he actually had fallen behind, yet when he entered this school he was a bit above his grade level. His self esteem had dropped and I started feel he was being outcasted. It was not worth the money."

"Our oldest daughter (age 7) has been attending RCBA for two years and our youngest daughter (age 3) has been attending for one year. If there's one thing I had to state about this school, it would be that Principal Shane Land is intentional regarding developing a body of students that views life through a biblical worldview. OK, might as well state a few other key features of RCBA. The campus may be huge but the number of students is small compared to most other schools out there. My oldest daughter has had an average of about 11 other students in her classes these past two years. My 4 year old had about 7 or 8 other kiddos in her class. Also, the teachers genuinely care about the students' education and spiritual life---no doubt about that. The curriculum is above par---and my daughters have been genuinely challenged to grow intellectually and spiritually (especially my oldest, as my 3 year old is, well, a 3 year old). Additionally there is a community among the parents that is special and promotes a "hands-on" approach to education. This "hands-on" approach includes many opportunities in different areas of RCBA for parents to be directly involved in their their child's education. For instance, there are opportunities to teach a class for a day (my wife enjoyed this on a few occasions) as well as event planning and execution (last year's Gala event featured local comedian, and WOAI News 4 regular, Cleto Rodriguez). At one point, I was given the option to judge students competing to attend a San Antonio Christian speech contest...that was really quite fun! If you're looking for your child to have an educational experience that exists in a Jesus-centered culture, you'll get it at River City Believers Academy."
