"Women at front desk was rude to my kids asking for towels. Breakfast is danish in a package. There is no Sofa bed there is a sofa and roll in bed brought to us. Biggest let down is breakfast! If it was just me, good place. For family not so much!"

"I made a reservation online with Expedia. The hotel does require deposits when you check in. I didn't know that at the time and I've been kind of stranded in Texas while dealing with a medical issue. The woman at the front desk was informative, helpful, and friendly. The room itself is much nicer than I expected. I didn't find any USB outlets but there is a kitchen in the room. Counter space etc. Full size refrigerator too. The bed was the firmness I usually expect from a stay in a hotel. My bed has a bit of a lean on one side of the mattress. A turn or shift if the mattress would probably help. This side is the more laid upon side I'm guessing. There is a small breakfast included. You just come down and grab a coffee or a Danish etc. I haven't experienced the maid service in a room cleaning capacity but the one I spoke to in the hallway when I first arrived was amazingly friendly and helped me! This counts for a lot in my eyes. I would definitely recommend this place for an extended stay too. You can survive and there's even a stove to make meals, and shopping nearby!"

"The experience of this location is excellent from my perspective. The staff I met is nice. The room size is decent. Full bath and kitchen. Because I'm here on a long term basis, this place makes me feel that I am at home. Overall, the customer service from my experience is great."

"I have stayed at this property. They owners have sold the property. The property has been rebranded as Baymont Inn. The hotel is nice and clean. However, they offer any "transient residents" long-term housing at this property. The transient resident help by cleaning the hotel and performing housekeeping duties. I don't have confidence in the long-term viability of the property. If you needed dishes and kitchen utensils, you need to request the items from the front desk. However, I don't know whether the items are cleaned when a guest checks out of the property. When I activated the property upon entry, the guest registration process felt slow. I discovered that the regular single queen bed guest rooms become booked. The front desk attendant upgraded me to a room with a full kitchen and sofa suite. The room felt clean, but a thin layer of dust resides on the faux wood floors. The property offers a coffeepot and instant coffee and sugar when you request the item. The kitchen utensils and cookware are available via request. I have one issue. Although the smoking and non-smoking rooms are separate, they share the same ventilation systems in the bathroom. As a consequence, one smells cigarette smoke if one activates the fan in his or her bathroom. The cigarette smoke weakens my lungs and I feel heavier breathing. I do not recommend this property if a person needs a smoke free property."
