"Who doesn't love Michaels?! Hahaha but this store is great, I only wished that they did listen to customers a little more. But the lady may have just been having a rough day and hard time understanding what I was looking for and just pointed me the wrong direction. It's ok, retail can be a crazy job so I understand. "bought a helium tank here. it was defective so i tried to return and they said that they couldn't take it back. I literally inflated 4 balloons and it stopped working. I needed it for my small business today, they said it's a manufacturer issue and they can't do anything to help. I think it's unfair they don't disclose this upon sale. Lady on the phone said they never take these back so nobody could have messed with it for it to not work. Okay, so why did it not work after inflating 4 balloons ? I paid $54 for this for it to stop working!!! I could've gone to dollar tree and inflated 36 balloons at 1.50 each. Don't buy a helium tank here, they said they have no way to dispose these if they are returned so if something goes wrong with it that's on you. Also, customer service wasn't great.
