"I never write reviews but I really want the owner of this location to know how horrible he is. I’ve had a negative experience at this location before (I overheard him talking to another customer about how he can’t believe some women have abortions???) and I have avoided coming back ever since but I was in the area and needed to return a product I purchased online. He made a huge deal because his franchise would lose money from an online return. He then tells me he needs to have a physical copy of the receipt for “his records.” I had the original confirmation email with the order number and offered to forward the email to him but he became incredibly rude and insisted I go home to get the invoice but he said I “probably threw it away.” After a few minutes of arguing with him I ended up taking my stuff and leaving. He was obviously just trying to make things difficult for me so he wouldn’t lose money. I hate sounding like a Karen but I’ll definitely not be coming back to this location or any other one that he owns."

"Maybe I just interacted with the right employee unlike the other reviews but I had quite the pleasant experience. Walked in with a shopping list and they helped me pick up every item and suggested alternatives to ones they had run out of. Went in around 5pm and was the only one. Was given little tidbits of info to help make choices but he wasn't pushy at all. Thanks for the help. They have my favorite the Rainbow Pegasus! c:"
