"Very friendly and helpful staff as we checked in /out; no issues. The room was very clean and comfortable bed. We did encounter noise issues whatsoever. The breakfast buffet they offer is the best we’ve had so far when visiting the area. I will highly recommend based on my experience."

"Nice newer hotel. Not too fancy, but not basic. The rooms were clean. Only complaints would be the bulk soap, shampoo and conditioner. The water pressure was weak. And when I checked in I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone came out of the office to help. A delivery guy walked in the same time and waited for 7-8 minutes before giving up and leaving."

"Rudest manager he needs some management training classes. Figure why hotel is falling apart. Be aware of additional room charges they're good at charging thriple for the night. If you want some pubes or head hairs inside the bathroom this is the right spot. I stayed again giving them the benefit of the doubt and wrong hairs everywhere in the bathroom so disgusting.What makes you think bed sheets are changed or washed. Good luck on your stay. Never again I stay here. Up front clerks are teenagers that don't know what their doing. Always on their phones while attending a customer. It's all about business not the customer satisfaction."

"It is a very nice hotel. The room was clean and laid out well. The bathroom was good except for a sliding door that was hard to operate. The hallways were wide and well lit with no spots on the carpet. I would have given it 5 stars but there was no water for the shower the first morning. The main two functions for a hotel is to sleep and take a shower."

"Shady hotel staff. Diamond member, spend 150 nights a year in Hilton properties. Went to check out one day earlier and the arrogant person at the counter tells me there’s a $95 “early cancellation fee”. Never in the 12 years of staying in Hilton properties across the globe have I ever heard such nonsense. The hotel itself is great but I would suggest staying somewhere else than here. I will not return. Sad because the location is great and it’s my favorite place to stay in the RGV… but no more. Even had to call Hilton corporate who tried to resolve it with them and the manager refused to budge. Oh well - Hilton took care of me like they always do. Shame they have this shady property in their portfolio."
