"The location stinks. Can’t access it from the feeder road when the address takes you to that spot. The roaches! The smell of mold. There’s a damp feeling when you walk into the lobby. This location has had a leak that floods a section of the first floor and just soaks the carpet and smell is horrendous! When I reported the water the front desk told me they are aware and simply told me to be careful when walking through. The rooms are far from clean. I wiped down the counters and the wipes turned brown. My allergies started acting up just being in the lobby checking in. I have never felt so unsafe. Not to mention lack of care to enforce the no smoking policy. My coffee pot was full of mold. The smell of cigarettes and marijuana in the halls was unbearable. The city of Brownsville has received my complaint. DO NOT STAY HERE if you value your health."

"Good size rooms. You can smell mold in some. But the roaches will not let you sleep will.. They need to get a good exterminator there. Close a week to take care of it. And a deep cleaning afterwards."

"The 1st room's floor was very dirty. The floors are nice but are not cleaned. They felt greasy, grimy and sticky. My 1 yr old was walking around in her beige new socks and when we lifted her off the floor, her socks were dirty as if she had been walking in dirt. Requested refund so as to go get a room somewhere else. The clerk was very nice and offered me another room. We switched. The 2nd room's rest room had hair in sink, bath tub. The floors a little cleaned but still dirty. Was so tired and just stayed. Had a hospital appt at 6 am next day and here I am at 1:33 am. Unable to sleep in uncomfortable bed, flat pillow because I can hear loud snoring from next room."

The first two times I was told they would send someone up. The 3rd time I was told “you should have said something earlier, everyone is gone now”. If I wasn’t being paid to be here I’d would’ve rather stayed on the streets."
