"Horrible place staff was not even checking the patient files and they kept asking the same questions over and over again after we just answered them MA's didn't even know what level of oxygen was good they had to go asking around each other until they figured it out their "Doctor" DR.Asim Zamir if you can even call him that decided to make up his own sickness for my 6 month old saying he had pneumonia and was in respiratory distress also was very rude to my wife and me when we tried to explain what was wrong with our son he had us sent to Harlingen hospital where they figured out what was actually wrong with my baby and treated him accordingly I wouldn't recommend this place or doctor to anybody unless their looking for a wrong diagnostic"

"Out of the 8 years of being a patron. Tonight was the night I received very rude service. CNA in triage was very rude. We were seen by Dr. Zamir for the first time in 8 years and then sent over for labs, the older lady in the lab at around 8pm, November 7, 2023 provided very unprofessional care. Unfortunately due to the patient care I will no longer use this clinic for my four children."

"This place sucks stated my granddaughter tested negative for RSV… She didn’t last a couple of hours and ended up in the hospital and TESTED POSITIVE! STUFF NEEDS TO CHANGE IN THIS OFFICE! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!"

The P.A. was so patient and took the time to explain everything in detail without being condescending. I love the way this urgent care clinic operates!! I definitely recommend it."
