"Had a reservation for two nights. The lady only made it for one night. Got a very rude call at 12 on the first day stating that check out was at 11 and we had dogs in the room which we had paid Two pet fees for hung up on the lady when I told her we were going to check out very rude very unprofessional"

"We checked in at 3 am and the room was dirty the bathroom sink was falling off the wall shower was nasty there was pee stains on the rim of the toilet I called front desk always got busy signal no coffee in the room. Morning went down to get some coffee nothing so I got a cup of juice and front desk rudely informed me that breakfast was over I offered to pay for the juice she rolled her eyes. At 10 they started bugging if I was checking out or not! Plan rude staff and nasty rooms falling apart! And forget about customer service number they are zero help!! It’s actually better to sleep in your car!! If I could give less than 1 star I would. So pls don’t be fooled by the pictures on the website those have to be of another hotel NOT THIS ONE!"

"My family and I stay there almost every year for about a week. Everyone there is so friendly and always willing to help. The front desk, the housekeeping and maintenance do their best to keep you happy. It is priced reasonably and they have an indoor pool and a washer and dryer and vending machines, about anything you need. They also have a breakfast including waffles. We love staying there!!!"

"This is a nice hotel. The lobby, hallways and breabfast area was clean. The room was comfortable. No mold or dirt in the corners and the shower/tub was a good size where I could actually have a hot bath and not feel confined."

"The concept is great. The location was easy to find. We got in late. The microwave and fridge were very much appreciated. The room didn't seem thoroughly cleaned between guests. There were dirty socks and crayons on the floor by the beds in our room. There was also wadded up paper shoved into a fixture above one of the beds. None of the staff were rude, but none were particularly friendly or helpful either."
